How does the Vape Rewards Program work?You earn points every time you shop with Vaping Town. Every 100 points you earn is equivalent to $1 savings on your next purchase. You can also earn points in many different ways, from signing up to an account to recommending friends or sharing on social media. We'll even give you 500 points on your Birthday! From time to time we will also run promotions where you can earn extra points! How do I redeem my points?On any page, simply locate a blue "Vape Rewards" tab and click to redeem your rewards points. This will generate a Gift Card you can use at checkout, 100 vape reward points will equal to $1 gift card. How many points do I have?On any page, simply locate a blue "Vape Rewards" tab and click to see your rewards point balance. Do my points expire?Your points will never expire. So you can collect them until you get that dream vape kit you always wanted. Is there a minimum to redeem?You must collect at least 600 Vape Reward Points to redeem points for a Gift Card. |

What is the Vape Rewards Program?
At Vaping Town we want you to be rewarded every time you shop with us because you are supporting our business and we want to reward you in return. We created Vape Rewards as a membership based loyalty program to facilitate this.
Vape Rewards is simple. You earn 2% off your product purchases in points as a minimum, paid in Vape Reward points. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at www.VapingTown.com
How does the Program work?
You must be a registered Vaping Town account holder to receive Vape Reward Points. When an order is placed the total dollar amount of the products in that order will be used to calculate the amount of Vape points earned. These points are added to your Vaping Town Reward account.
The math of Vape Points calculation and redemption
Our base reward discount is 2% of the dollar value of all products at checkout, which is paid to the account holder as Vape Reward Points when they complete the order. The member will always receive at least 2% discount in points, however at certain times and for certain products they may receive greater than 2%.
The 2% discount is calculated in by giving the customer 2 Vape Reward Points for every $1 USD spent (tax & shipping excluded). A simple example for $100 worth of product purchased would net you 200 vape reward points, which would be worth $2 when converted to a gift card.
Redeeming Reward Points
Once you gather a minimum of 600 Vape Reward Points you may convert them into a Gift Card by pressing the blue Vape Rewards Tab and clicking Redeem. Gift cards can be used on any future orders at www.VapingTown.com. During any checkout process simply enter the Gift Card number into the Coupon Code field and the remaining contents of your gift card will be applied to your current order. If you have a higher amount on your gift card than is in your cart, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card and can be used on your next order. Gift Cards to not expire. Gift Cards are NOT tied to your account, and can be given to your friends and family members to use. As such Gift Card Numbers are private and should be kept secure until used or gifted.
Conditions of Use
Vape Reward Points are only available to registered Vaping Town account holders. Vape Reward Points are earned for product purchases only. They are not earned for shipping, taxes or any other non-product related charges. Vape Reward Points can only be collected and used for online purchases at www.VapingTown.com and are non-refundable. Vape Reward Points are not exchangeable for cash. Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time without prior notice or liability. We advise you to check this page often as we may make changes to this policy.
